| Bitterly disappointed by the lack of RWD prowess, I've been spending my Forza time racing LMPs. Not that I'm complaining, if you're going to drive a virtual car, why not drive the one that you're least likely to ever drive in the real world. Sure, the cars of R1 drive and handle great, but they, like any other class of cars, benefit greatly from a good tune. |
| My approach to tuning has streamlined in the last few months. Rather than tweak the tune for every track (as we did with the Audi R8), we give you one good tune with seperate gearing for a variety of tracks. |
| The #16 dominates the R1 Leader Board and is very popular in the online lobbies. It's very agile and a blast to drive. It'll compete on virtually any track. |

| This is a quick, agile car that accelerates well and is great on short tracks. Basically any track that doesn't have a lot of long straights, but favors quick bursts of speed out of slow corners will suit this car well. This race machine is capable of putting up top times on Sidewinder, Ladera Full, Maple Valley Short, both Tsukuba circuits, and Iberian. |
| But you can also compete online in multiplayer on longer tracks such as Laguna Seca, Motegi, and Bugatti where good lap times are within reason. |
| This car is also an absolute monster on Fujimi Kaido. |
